Reached customer svc, recvd same day reply along with tracking info. Delivery date was on the day I left for a cruise but to my surprise it delivered a day early. The hair is great, soft and undetectable, I’ll be ready to curl it once I order a 3 set of clip ins since I love volume and big hair lol. First, I have the best experience with customer service. I needed the hair to arrive in time for me to do ny sisters hair for her birthday and reached out to customer service. I received a quick response and they expedited my delivery.
This hair is very soft and the lace is easy to work with including bleaching the knots. It sheds & tangles a bit just like all curly hair. It is exactly my hair texture after wash and blow dry. While it’s not as kinky as some brands it is still a natural blow out look.Full from top to bottom, which also great as well.
